Chapman Construction Inc. is a family-owned business. (picture of our family) We were here before the big boom and after. We work here, play here; our kids grew up in Valley County. In recent years, Jess has enjoyed working with several homeowners with a passion for energy efficiency. Even our own home is built to optimize solar gain with double-wall framing and EnergySeal insulation. Jess loves to explore ideas with his homeowners and enjoys the process of deciding what will optimize the project for future years to come, with the current budget in mind.
